A group of local unions and community organizations are continuing efforts to stall a $469 million expansion project being plotted by Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

United Workers, Charmed City Land Trust and Sanctuary Streets have again submitted documents to state regulators voicing opposition to Bayview's pending expansion and renovation plans. According to Salty Tart's Instagram page, Tuesday was the cafe's last day.
