VF Outdoor made a huge splash when it moved into a modern and sustainable 14-acre waterfront campus in Alameda in 2012.

Now, the fate of the 210,000-square-foot campus at 2701 Harbor Bay Parkway is unclear as the company has decided to split up its operations and move 650 Bay Area employees to Denver in 2019.
