Mesa selects developers for Class A offices next to Cubs ballpark
In a unanimous vote Monday night, the Mesa City Council selected Lincoln Property Co. and Harvard Investments to develop a new Class A office project on 28.2 acres of city-owned land next to the Chicago Cubs' Sloan Park.
Lincoln was competing against the Boyer Co. for the project to design and build offices on the land that is now city-owned soccer fields near Rio Salado Parkway, Dobson Road and Loop 202 and across the street from the Mesa Riverview retail development.
